Today is October, the fourth day. Since the first week of August 1 might again be here in Loveland after an absence of two months. During most of that time Candidate Bernard Woudenberg held the fort here in Loveland. The undersigned was occupied with Synod proper, with the work of the Stated Clerk in general and the Court Trial of Second Church. Then too I might enjoy a few weeks of vacation and be with the family in Grand Rapids. But now I am back in Loveland and have no trouble keeping busy...
