Study Committee on How to Improve Future Conventions

Recently the undersigned was asked to serve as advisor to a study committee of the Federation Board. This committee’s mandate was to determine ways in which the annual conventions of our young people might be improved. After the report was adopted by the Federation Board, the Board asked that it be published in Beacon Lights and the editor was requested to give his “opinion” of this report.
