David Engelsma provides a Reformed critique of dispensational premillennialism, arguing that it is false doctrine that misunderstands the nature of Christ's kingdom as spiritual and heavenly rather than earthly and physical. He contends that premillennialism fails to prepare the church for end-times conflict and obscures biblical truth regarding God's covenant promises to the spiritual seed of Abraham.
