This article examines the biblical and theological definition of what constitutes a true Jew, moving beyond ethnic, cultural, and religious definitions to explore the spiritual meaning found in Romans 2:28-29. The author argues that genuine Jewish identity, from God's perspective, is a matter of inward spiritual reality rather than outward observance, making it fundamentally a gospel issue related to God's covenant people.
