"The Free offer of the Gospel" is the title of a pamphlet that was recently sent to me by an interested brother. The pamphlet was composed by the Revs. John Murray and Ned B. Stonehouse, professors at the seminary of the Orthodox Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia and was originally prepared for the Fifteenth General Assembly of that church held in 1948.
