Like in the Days of Luther
To please the tourists, the City Council of Wittenberg organizes a parade of the Night Watch once a week. They wear the traditional costumes as of the days of Dr. Martin Luther. These halberds get their arms from a museum. They wear shoulder belts in the city colors of yellow and green. Behind them the City Church with two towers. In 1929 that building was restored. The pulpit from which Luther held his sermons remained undamaged to this day. Wittenberg
