Dear fellows: When you will receive this letter Thanksgiving Day will be a thing of the past.  In fact, for many of you, especially if you have already crossed the big pond, it will be almost forgotten, so that you will, perhaps, be surprised that I still write about it.  But, then, you must remember that I am writing this letter to you on the twentieth day of November, and that at the time of this writing it is still a week before Thanksgiving Day.  And, besides, even though we celebrate...
