This journal article documents the Protestant Reformed Churches' Committee for Contact with Other Churches and their ecumenical discussions with the United Reformed Churches beginning in 1998. The article addresses misinformation about these contacts by providing detailed accounts of conversations regarding common grace, the well-meant offer of the gospel, and covenant doctrine, while also clarifying the PRC's historical stance on denominational separations.

As most readers know, the Committee for Contact with Other Churches is one of the permanent committees of the Protestant Reformed Churches.
